Q: What Internet content could be recorded?
A: Online music, video, webpage, and picture. Due to content copyright, recording and playback to some video will be restricted
Q: Some video takes long time to start playback. What happen?
A: For the H264 or MP4 video over 50MB in size, CyberDash flash player requires loading complete content before playing. This limitation will be addressed later.
For quick loading and playing, you can use offline playback by turning off network connection and launching browser in administrator mode (Right click on IE icon and click on 'Run as administrator') .
Q: Some video or music content can't be recorded, why?
A: CyberDash will keep adding codec to support more media format. Theoratically, CyberDash can capture any content from browser window.
Q: Recorded video can't be replayed by third parties player, what happen?
A: Recorded video or music is encrypted and could only be replayed by CyberDash Flash player. Double clicking on the title from list will launch CyberDash player.
Q: Does CyberDash gather any user information for advertising purpose?
A: As declared, CyberDash is clean and won't gather any sensitive information from user. Totoware will apply for strict scrutiny on external scripts or control getting from advertising agent to ensure user privacy.
Q: How to get a premium membership?
